Cambridge or toothed ring rollers made by APV are the perfect choice for professional grassland and field cultivation operations for improving the soil closure and thus the seed germination. Both types of rollers can be used perfectly in field and grassland operations, achieving a good, crumbly seedbed structure, as well as optimal reconsolidation.
With a mounted seeder, the seed is spread directly behind the harrow rows and in front of the roller. The last working step of pressing down the seed is then performed by the trailing roller.
Our Grassland Roller can be combined with the Pneumatic Seeders PS 120 M1 - PS 300 M1 (with electric or hydraulic fan). For mounting the PS can be fastened in two different positions (on the roller or harrow) together with the counter plate. The preliminary setup equipment for mounting the Pneumatic Seeder is included in the Full Edition.
Our Grassland Roller can be combined with the Multi-metering system. For mounting the MD can be fastened in two different positions (on the roller or harrow) together with the counter plate.
A suitable platform kit is available as an accessory to easily get to the Pneumatic Seeder.
A vibration sensor detects the vibrations of the machine and starts the operating hours counter.
For the automatic stopping and starting of the seeding shaft, we provide the linkage sensor top link, which is mounted on one of the two top link holes of the GP.
The GPSa sensor is used for the automatic adjustment of the seeding shaft speed to the actual driving speed.
Warning signs with lights are available as accessories for safe driving.
The dispersion plates are installed on a hollow profile at equal distances relative to each other. The dispersion plates are mounted on the roller as standard, however, the hollow profile for mounting the dispersion plates can also be installed on the harrow.
