Our Pneumatic Seeders are also available in a special version, suitable for spreading fertiliser. Due to their non-corrosive design, you also benefit during fertiliser distribution from the advantages and the easy handling of our PS units.
The precise spreading of seeds, fertiliser and plant protection granules helps you to obtain excellent yield. With the Pneumatic Seeders of the fertiliser edition from APV you apply your spreading material efficiently and in an environmentally friendly way. The PS 120, 200, and 300 M1 D are professional seeders to be used in small and medium-sized enterprises. They differ from each other in hopper size.

Functional Principle

The seeds are fed from the seed hopper via the electrically controlled seeding shaft into the air duct. The seeds are conveyed by air support through plastic hoses to the dispersion plates, and then evenly distributed close to the soil. This enables precise seeding even in windy conditions!

Calibration button

The calibration button hugely simplifies the calibration test and can be fixed almost everywhere on the implement due to the integrated magnets. The hopper discharge of the implement can also be performed via the calibration button.

Mounting and platform kit universal

This bracket is mounted on the rearmost crossbar of the soil tillage implement so the spreader can be assembled. The mounting kit includes a platform with steps and a bracket whose angle can be adjusted for the mounting of the Disc Spreader, Multi-Metering System or Pneumatic Seeder PS 120 - 500 (with electric or hydraulic fan).

Control box bracket

The control box bracket can be mounted on an already existing Müller bracket (pipe).

Mounting kit hose coupler

For switching the PS between several soil tillage implements. The separation process can be done without tools.

Mounting kit P8 Y divider smooth

The P8 Y divider mounting kit includes 1 roll hose (25 m), 8 dispersion plates, 4 hexagonal bars for the dispersion plate assembly, as well as 8 Y dividers.

Platform kit modular

This kit enables you to retrofit a platform including a step on your soil tillage implement in order to easily get to your seeder.

Power cable for tractors 8 m

The 8 m cable is screwed on the battery side directly with the battery poles and a 3-pin standard plug is mounted at the other end, which can be installed permanently in the tractor.
